IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION

Because of the overwhelming customer demand for our valvetrain products and services,
current workload dictates that all product information and quotes will be handled strictly through Email.

Telephone calls to the shop are restricted to manufacturers and our dealer orders only.
All product orders are handled strictly through direct Email contact. No phone orders accepted.
Quotes and technical information is handled only through direct Email.

With dozens and dozens of Email contacts for quotes and orders, it may take a couple of days for a response.
Multiple Emails will only fill up the in box and cause even more delays in the response time.

Please be patient and understand, there is a reason for a potentially longer response time,
when you sell only the best products, there is a huge demand for your stuff!

Though we make every possible attempt to get your orders out to you promptly,
every interruption checking on the status of your order will delay completion and
just slow down any progress getting your order out to you on time!

Overnight and Saturday shipments are also available for those who need it "NOW"
but with the extra charges UPS adds on because of fuel surcharges,
you may want to plan ahead to avoid this extra fee!

Terms & Policies

Terms: All orders are shipped once payment is received. We accept Certified Bank Check or Postal Money Order and/or Cash. Cash should not be sent through the mail. Please see our separate check policy. Overdue invoices are subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month.

Check Policy: Company checks are only accepted by authorized dealers and must clear before your product can ship. All returned checks or stop payment checks will be assessed a $50 service charge and any incurred interest penalties.

Refused Orders: Refusal of any or all orders will have a 25% handling charge on in stock items only. Custom or special orders are non-cancellable.

Special Orders/Custom Work: We take pride in our handling of custom work and special orders. As a rule, special orders and custom work orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These purchases require a 100% pre-payment at the time of order placement. No returns are accepted on special orders and custom work.   NO EXCEPTIONS

Shortages/Damages: All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement product.  

Returns: In the event you have merchandise you need to return please refer to the following guidelines. Contact FlowTech Induction via Email or telephone to let us know what you are returning and to make sure your product qualifies under our return policy. We make every effort to make sure you get the exact merchandise you need for the application you need it for. Returns for regular in-stock inventory can be made within two weeks of product receipt. Returns are not valid after that date or without a return goods authorization.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return will be provided to you. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. The product must have been purchased from our company and be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return a product and there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned goods. RMA numbers expire within 10 days of issue, so it is important to return the item immediately.

Custom work and special orders are not returnable. Once you have been issued an RMA number, pack the merchandise carefully in a sturdy shipping box to avoid damage during shipping. Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on or deface the product box in any way, because we must return the merchandise to stock and we cannot sell a box that is defaced.
