FTI Custom Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Kit - (Ford Windsor)

All our custom designed, hydraulic roller camshaft profiles and the matching valvetrain components for the small block Ford engines are developed per each customer's application and goals. No repackaged catalog camshafts or inferior valvetrain peripherals like our competition use. Every facet of your project is taken into consideration when your camshaft package is developed. So whether you're building for the street, track, endurance or off road, we have you covered. Winners use these FTI camshaft and valvetrain packages so why not join the team.

Completion of the FlowTech CAM TECH form required.

The race grinds used in EFI applications will not work with factory computers without modifications and professional tuning. Most dual purpose grinds require long tube headers and free flowing mufflers & exhaust system. All custom race camshafts are ground on billet steel cores and will require a coated steel, OEM steel, composite or bronze distributor gear.

These "Premium Series" camshaft kits include:

  • Custom designed billet steel core hydraulic roller camshaft
  • LSx "style" dual valve spring package - .660" max lift
  • One-piece, heavy wall, hardened push rods
  • Morel/Lunati link-bar hydraulic roller lifters
  • Rollmaster double row, roller timing chain set
  • ARP Camshaft bolt & washer kit

Custom camshaft profiles will range from:

  • Duration @ .006" Tappet Lift Range: 242* through 330*
  • Duration @ .050" Tappet Lift Range: 204* through 278*
  • Gross Valve Lift Range: .450"/.635"+
  • Lobe Separation Range: 106* through 116*
  • RPM Range: Depends entirely on the combination you are building


  • Rocker arm geometry, lifter preload & push rod length must be checked & verified before starting the engine.
  • Lifter preload is very important for maximum performance from our camshafts& must be checked.
  • All custom roller camshaft profiles are ground on the late model 302HO/351W firing order. (1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8)
  • Many valve spring and valvetrain options are available to help you with your specific combination.
  • It is highly recommended to use Comp Cams valvetrain lifter lube & valvetrain spray for proper break in.
