LS3 "HELLION-3" Hydraulic Roller Camshaft
SPECS: 240° - 254° - 115° - .601" - .601"
This is the LS3 version of the original LS1 "HELLION" camshaft profile. It has massive horsepower gains and more "under the curve power" than any camshaft in this range. Very stable lobe design when coupled to the correct peripherals and will not destroy your valvetrain. PAC Racing valve springs, tool steel retainers and heavy wall push rods highly recommended.
This LS3 specific camshaft is a proven power maker that has been used in many stroker engine builds. Works best with FAST and MSD intake manifolds or the Holley High-Ram with large cubic inch engines. Long tube headers and professional tuning required. Piston to valve clearance must be verified with this profile!
Requires PAC Racing 1207X, 1208X, 1222X or equivalent severe duty valve springs. Can be purchased as a complete camshaft kit from FTI if you're starting from scratch.
