FlowTech Induction Terms & Policies
Terms: All orders are shipped once payment is received. This E-store will accept PayPal, major credit cards, certified bank check or Postal money order. Please see our separate check policy. Due to the recent 2014 changes in every credit card's terms of service, all purchases using a credit card may add approximately an additional five working day delay to delivery times before shipment of your order. This is due to the massive amount of fraud happening all over the country and how long these charges require to be confirmed. Dealers note, overdue invoices are subject to a late fee and a finance charge of 1.5% per month.
Check Policy: Company checks are only accepted by authorized dealers and must clear before your product can ship. All returned checks or stop payment checks will be assessed a $50 service charge and any incurred interest penalties.
Shipping Policy: All shipping costs are based on current rates as per each shipping company. Products with "Fixed Rate" shipments are valid only in the 48 contiguous states.
Refused Orders: Refusal of any or all orders will have a 30% restocking and handling charge on in-stock items only. Custom or special orders purchases are non-cancellable.
Special Orders/Custom Work: We take pride in our handling of custom work and special orders. As a rule, special orders and custom work orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. These purchases require a 100% pre-payment at the time of order placement. No returns are accepted on special orders and custom work. NO EXCEPTIONS
Shortages/Damages: All shortages and/or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement product.
Returns: In the event you have merchandise you need to return please refer to the following guidelines. Contact FlowTech Induction via Email to let us know what you are returning and to make sure your product qualifies under our return policy. We make every effort to make sure you get the exact merchandise you need for the application you need it for. Returns for regular in-stock inventory can be made within two weeks of product receipt. Returns are not valid after that date or without a return goods authorization. Custom work and special orders are not returnable.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return will be provided to you. All merchandise to be returned must be accompanied by an RMA number and the merchandise must be in its original packaging. The product must have been purchased from our company and be unused, unaltered and unchanged from its original state. The customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return a product and there is a 25% restocking fee on all returned goods. RMA numbers expire within 10 days of issue, so it is important to return the item immediately.
Once you have been issued an RMA number, pack the merchandise carefully in a sturdy shipping box to avoid damage during shipping. Print your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not write on or deface the product box in any way, because we must return the merchandise to stock and we cannot sell a box that is defaced.
Used Camshaft Information: Any and all custom camshaft specifications or details will not be available to anyone other than the original purchaser. If you have obtained a used camshaft from a third party, you are not entitled to the profile's information and no such requests for information will be honored.
Printing Errors: Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice.
