TFS Twisted Wedge 11R 205 Cylinder Heads  (56cc)

These FTI custom built Trickflow Twisted Wedge 11R 205 series small block Ford cylinder heads feature a refined combustion chamber and valvetrain design utilizing rolled and rotated valve centerlines. These TW 11R castings now have a shallower 11 degree intake and 13 degree exhaust angle for better flow through the usable lift range. The shallow valve angle also allows for more piston to valve clearance so your camshaft parameters can be more aggressive. Trickflow's Twisted Wedge head with its patented rolled and rotated "twisted wedge" combustion chamber and valve location design had been revised for more even more flow and horsepower with this 11R package.

The FTI spec Twisted Wedge 11R heads also feature modern LS style, small diameter dual valve springs, light weight chromemoly steel retainers and 8mm valve stems. This super light valvetrain allows for a more stability in the high RPM range, especially when coupled with one of our custom hydraulic roller camshafts. Many other valve spring and valve material options are available. We can custom build your TW heads to nearly any configuration, including full bore solid roller valvetrain.
