TFS High Port CNC - SB Ford - FTI ""RACE Prepped - (Solid Roller)
These custom built Trick Flow "High Port" based cylinder heads are specifically designed for large cubic inch small block Ford racing engines. Works extremely well in high boost superchargers or turbos, big shot nitrous oxide systems and other high power naturally aspirated combinations.
These heads feature unique relocated, offset valve spacing, raised exhaust runners and special combustion chamber design. These TFS HP heads utilize extra strong castings and thick decks for additional rigidity and gasket integrity, with superior cooling characteristics. To help control oil weeping these revised casting have raised valve cover rails.
Our custom built, racing series Trick Flow "High Port" heads have fully CNC ported intake runners and exhaust ports with a high resolution machining for maximum airflow and power over the entire RPM range. The large, oval shaped entrance into the intake runner has been reshaped to help seal the area along the port roof to avoid potential vacuum leaks.
These heads feature fully CNC ported combustion chambers with hand blended seats for even more high lift flow. The basis for these heads start from TFS "pro-port" castings containing thicker port walls which increase strength and provide additional material for our proprietary CNC porting. Interlocking ductile iron seats are used to handle the stresses of high heat, high horsepower applications.
